An ideal birth starts by providing evidence based education, empathetic emotional support, and integrated functional physical techniques, to build confidence and awareness that empowers birthing families to own their birth.
Making Change
Successful birth outcomes, shape strong mothers with the capability of forging healthier and stronger children for a society that is in desperate need of change. Integrating relentless advocacy and continuous growth, I hope to be part in closing the gap in maternal healthcare and eradicating racial inequalities.
